Christopher Brown is a real estate development industry veteran with more than 29 years experience. Over his career, Christopher has been involved in all aspects of real estate investing, development and home building.
Starting in Santa Barbara, selling condos on the beach, he eventually moved back to his hometown of Sacramento in 1999 selling new homes throughout the region. He quickly moved into management, holding senior sales and marketing positions with public and private home builders in the region. His leadership role in these companies focused on training and process improvement as well as sales & marketing creation and execution and product development for developments ranging from urban infill to large master plan communities.
Christopher is a well-known speaker on a variety of topics related to home building including technology, sales, marketing and business practices. For past several years, he has been a featured speaker at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas and spoke at the Pacific Coast Building Conference in San Diego and San Francisco.
