I’m a Northern California Realtor with direct experience in new home sales — which means I understand how new construction actually works from the inside. I know how builders structure deals, where there’s genuine flexibility, and how to advocate for a buyer in an environment most agents aren’t equipped to navigate.

That expertise doesn’t disappear when I’m helping a resale buyer. It just means I bring a sharper lens to every transaction — whether you’re purchasing a brand-new home in a master-planned community or a resale property in an established neighborhood.

My territory runs the length of the Sacramento Valley — from Redding and the North State through Shasta, Tehama, Glenn, and Butte counties, south through Chico, Yuba City, and into the greater Sacramento region. I work with move-up buyers, relocating families, and first-time buyers across this corridor, with a particular commitment to the essential professionals who make these communities run: nurses, teachers, military families, firefighters, and first responders.
